Caleb works as the boss of Ella Simms at WPK. Ella was constantly in fear of losing her job after he took over. After Jonah Miller took a job shooting a video for Kat, Caleb made sure that Jonah received none of the credit. Just when he was starting to warm up to Ella, he was fired by Amanda Woodward upon her arrival from New York.
